Blood Brothers: Family Secrets Book One

Newly married, Sarah Evans is desperate to save her dying husband.  When the doctor tells her that Michael's organs are shutting down and she must prepare for the worse, Sarah refuses to accept it.  She promises her husband she will find a stem cell donor even though everyone she knows has already been tested.  After learning Michael has a half-brother named Dylan, Sarah is certain he will be a match.  There is just one problem; he is in prision for murder.  She visits Dylan in prison and makes a deal with him.  If he is a donor for Michael, she will help him file an appeal.

Dylan donates his blood and Michael gets better, but things don't go as planned.  Dylan has a heart attack, and the doctor puts him in a medically enduced coma to save his life.  Feeling responsible for Dylan's condition, Sarah makes it her mission to find out what really happened the night Stacy Richards was murdered.

She quickly learns that her husband is not the only one in the family keeping secrets.  Nothing could prepare her for what she discovers or how it affects the lives of the people she loves.
