Then the shadows came.

It starts with a strange creature only he can see and a creeping sense that Tramonton is hiding something. People vanish. And a black mink shows up like it owns the place. As Jay is pulled into a web of secrets, he uncovers a hidden conflict between ancient Vigilants and something far more dangerous slipping through the cracks. The city’s Obelisk stands shattered, the grown-ups aren’t talking, and Jay is one of the few who can see what’s coming. But what good is being a Seer if almost no one believes you?
